Mini moto work

Tore into the Chappy yesterday.Found out that the motor wasn't seized but the previous owner has cranked the rear axle so tight the wheel wouldn't spin,and the jug was full of swamp water.
This will be the secret weapon come time for the mini "Rally Races" at the "S.S.S.B.S." this summer!
