Movie night...

The ol' lady has been sick for the last few days so I decided to stay in with hergot us some food from the pizza place across the street and got a movie off the box.We went with Grown Ups since neither of us has seen it and they filmed some of it in our town,Wareham,MA.(@ Water Wizz) were they do the water park scenes.It was funny,no Happy Gilmore but good.I would say pick it up if you want a laugh .Here are some highlights...

The other Captain!The Capt. America (from the comics,not Easy Rider) movie is filming in the London country side right now and will be out next year.Will the movie suck?Who cares,I'll be seeing it!

If you were old enough to go see "Grindhouse" when it came out a few years back then you remember the trailers in the middle between  "Planet Terror" and "Death Proof".

One of which was "Machete".The trailers were meant to be fake and funny as hell but it turns out they have done the right thing and made this one into a full length feature!The main character is Danny Trejo,

 

Ya,the Mexican dude with the girl tattooed on his chest,who you have to know from all of his A and B movies like "Dusk till Dawn" and "Desperado".This looks to be the best movie since 

"The Godfather"!

It's like the Punisher,Desperado and Grind House all in one!Danny Trejo rules!I can't wait.

In the movies...

So a few weeks back I hear that there making a movie done the street and need extras "on bikes" to show up.I figured what the fuck,I am a natural,look at this face...Besides I was free for the morning.This is what I saw when I woke up today.

So a guy I know sent me a flyer for a movie that was beeing made on Cape that wanted extras on bikes for a shoot.So I figured what the hell,why not check it out.

These are the leads in this flick.The dude looks like Lorenzo Lamas in a pleather vest,but the chick looked like she would be up for a ride.

The hole thing was a little lame but the directer came up as I was leaving and asked me to come back in Sept for the strip club scene,I told him I was in!
